Role OverviewAs Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will sit at the center of how this company operates and makes decisions. You will own the operating cadence, drive cross-functional initiatives from problem definition to resolution, and handle the work that keeps the CEO focused on the highest-leverage problems. That means being equally comfortable in a budget-versus-actual, a headcount model, or an organizational question that needs someone to push it to closure.
You think clearly under pressure, communicate with precision, and know how to move work forward with the best judgement. If you want a front row seat to how a CEO makes decisions and how a growth-stage company actually scales, this role delivers that.
