This is a unique chance to be part of a robust Chicago-based team with exposure to high-value deals and complex legal structures for a client base that includes national private equity firms and banks in transactions across the United States.
Minimum Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house position, navigating complex financial transactions.
- Drafting agreements and structuring/negotiating acquisition finance and restructuring deals.
- Proven experience in performing commercial due diligence for Lenders.
- Strong emphasis on technical expertise and client service.
- Member in good standing and licensed in Illinois.
The candidate must also pass a background check as a condition for employment.
The starting salary range for this position is $225,000 and $350,000.
