  • Favoriser l'amélioration continue grâce aux revues post-projet et aux activités de retour d'expérience.

Exigences de base
  • Licence/Bachelor en gestion, technologies de l'information ou domaine connexe, ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience ; généralement 4 ans ou plus d'expérience professionnelle pertinente en gestion de projet.

About the Role

McKesson is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives that deliver measurable business value. This role is responsible for project planning, budget oversight, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and successful execution of technology programs. The ideal candidate combines strong delivery leadership with expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to help teams deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

What You'll Do
  • Develop project plans and schedules to deliver outcomes on time, within budget, and within scope.
  • Track and report project progress to Leadership and business leaders and key stakeholders using dashboards and enterprise tools.
  • Develop and maintain project dashboards to monitor and oversee project performance and milestones.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define success criteria and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Apply project management methodologies and ensure compliance with enterprise standards, tools, and frameworks.
  • Coordinate project resources and resolve routine project issues to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement through post-project reviews and lessons learned activities.
  • Incorporate feedback loops from stakeholders and performance data to drive process improvements.

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience; typically, 4+ years of relevant professional experience in project management.
  • Hands-on experience with project planning, tracking, and reporting tools in enterprise environments.
  • Exposure to predictive analytics, AI-driven dashboards, and agile practices.
