Sandisk is seeking a Channel Marketing Specialist 3 to support execution of North America retail channel marketing programs aligned to the Initiative Master Plan (IMP). This role is ideal for a results-driven marketer who thrives in a customer-facing environment and brings strong execution, communication, and problem-solving skills.

You will work closely with sales, partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact programs across retail, e-commerce, and events. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively with limited direction while representing the Sandisk brand in market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Execute channel marketing programs aligned to the IMP
  • Support MDF planning and execution, optimizing budget allocation and return on investment
  • Partner with customers and suppliers to deliver best-in-class retail displays and in-store execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer partners through regular engagement
  • Represent Sandisk as the face of the brand at customer meetings, trainings, and end-user events
  • Execute integrated campaigns across retail, e-commerce, digital channels, and events
  • Manage timelines, assets, and coordination across multiple stakeholders
  • Track campaign performance against KPIs and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate reporting and program execution
  • Identify challenges, recommend solutions, and take action with limited direction
  • Operates within a defined regional scope with moderate guidance
  • Focused on execution of established marketing priorities

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in consumer tech, channel or partner marketing
  • Experience supporting retail marketing and in-store execution
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting ideas
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage relationships
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives with limited direction
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

  • The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future.
  • You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance. Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan. Please note that not all roles are eligible to participate in the LTI program, and not all roles are eligible for equity under the LTI plan.
