Responsibilities

  • Supply management with ongoing competitive information, including pricing and marketing strategies.

Full Job Description
This position reports to:
Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

The work model for the role is: remote with office access to Lake Mary location.

This role is contributing to the ELSB and ELSP sales in Central Florida.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and building relationships with local channel partners.
  • Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB's offering and strategy.
  • Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers. Train channel partners on our products and processes, and be available for regular in person visits to support their business.
  • Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
  • Analyze territorial sales potential and develop sales strategies, utilizing regional commercial operation resources necessary to achieve customer service levels.
  • Develop & maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent high quality interactions with customer management. Build long term strategic alliance with portfolio of accounts to continue to add value, and promote Service offerings to identify and escalate commercial service needs to drive customer NPS.
  • Provide management with current competitive information on a continuing basis, including competitive pricing, policy changes, product development, and marketing strategies.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelors degree with 2 years plus experience or high school diploma with 4 years plus experience in sales or sales support.
  • You are passionate about connecting with others, finding solutions, and winning against competition.
  • You are adept in Microsoft Office Suite platforms.
  • You are able to travel between Orlando, Lakeland, Daytona Beach, and Melbourne on a regular basis.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and working with cross functional teams.
  • Candidates must have work authorization to work in the US.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant9s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $83,300 and $133,280 annually and is bonus eligible.
