ResponsibilitiesBeyond clinical practice, Cedars-Sinai offers opportunities to grow as a leader, educator, and advocate for the profession. CRNAs are encouraged to:

In accordance with delineated clinical privileges, the CRNA is responsible for providing safe, high-quality anesthesia care, including but not limited to:
• Performing comprehensive pre-anesthesia patient assessments and evaluations
• Developing and implementing individualized anesthesia care plans in collaboration with the anesthesia team
• Delivering anesthesia care across a variety of procedural and surgical settings
• Monitoring patients throughout the perioperative period and responding to changing clinical conditions
• Providing post-anesthesia evaluation, follow-up, and patient care

QualificationsEducation Requirements:- Masters' Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Doctorate Degree in Nurse Anesthesia Practice Preferred.
Licenses:- California registered nurse license and CRNA license required.
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists.
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Experience:- 1 year of experience as a CRNA preferred.
