Job DescriptionAs a CRNA at the Endoscopy Center, you will function with a high degree of autonomy and clinical independence while collaborating closely with physicians, nursing staff, and operational leaders to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. In accordance with delineated clinical privileges, the CRNA is responsible for providing safe, high-quality anesthesia care, including but not limited to:
• Performing comprehensive pre-anesthesia patient assessments and evaluations
• Independently developing and implementing anesthesia care plans for procedural patients
• Administering anesthesia and monitoring patients throughout the perioperative period
• Managing airway, hemodynamic, and anesthetic needs in a procedural setting
• Providing post-anesthesia evaluation, follow-up, and patient care
• Promoting patient safety, efficiency, and excellence in the ambulatory setting

QualificationsEducation Requirements:- Masters' Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Doctorate Degree in Nurse Anesthesia Practice Preferred.
Licenses:- California registered nurse license and CRNA license required.
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists.
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
Experience:- 1 year of experience as a CRNA preferred.
