Responsibilities of a home-based Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant include:
- Provide high quality treatment of neuromusculoskeletal disorders
- Follow personalized care plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall function of patients in the home setting, involving patient in realizing their goals
- Communicate and collaborate with associated medical professionals to achieve patient goals
- Clear, concise documentation
- Regular communication with supervising occupational therapist and Right at Home leadership
- Ability to work independently and autonomously, managing one's own schedule
- Supervise home health aides involved in patient care

IND123 Compensation: $42.00 per hour
