Responsibilities of a home-based Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant include:
  • Provide high quality treatment of neuromusculoskeletal disorders
  • Follow personalized care plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall function of patients in the home setting, involving patient in realizing their goals
  • Communicate and collaborate with associated medical professionals to achieve patient goals
  • Clear, concise documentation
  • Regular communication with supervising occupational therapist and Right at Home leadership
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, managing one's own schedule
  • Supervise home health aides involved in patient care
