What You'll Do- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Help patients improve independence with dressing, bathing, transfers, meal preparation, and other daily activities.
- Reinforce adaptive techniques, therapeutic exercises, and home safety recommendations.
- Educate patients and caregivers on strategies that promote long-term success.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
- Complete accurate, timely documentation.
What We're Looking For- Active Minnesota Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
- Passion for helping patients regain independence and confidence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Home health experience is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
