Job Summary
This role supports the management and execution of dCV's joint venture partnerships. This role serves as a key point of contact for partners and internal teams, driving strong communication, effective governance, and coordinated execution across ongoing operations and new investments.
This role is recognized as a subject matter expert in the work area. Manages large projects or processes, policies and standards under limited supervision. Coaches, reviews, and delegates work to junior employees. Problems faced may be difficult and often complex. Demonstrates integrity, accountability and transparency; upholds BKV standards, values and culture.
Responsibilities
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for JV partners, managing inbound requests and ensuring timely, accurate communication.
• Coordinate JV governance, including preparation of board materials, pre-read sessions, and partner communications.
• Support alignment of JV activities with dCV's CCUS strategy, financial objectives, and growth initiatives.
• Track partner requests, decisions, and action items (including owners and timelines) to ensure accountability and follow-through.
• Coordinate JV reporting requirements and maintain organized records of communications, materials, and key decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally (Finance, Legal, Commercial, Development) to align on partner communications, reporting, and investment processes.
• Support development of investment materials and manage JV partner diligence processes, including coordinating data requests and Q&A.
• Assist with evaluation of new partnership opportunities and related diligence efforts.
• Support capital call coordination and partner closely with the dCV Capital Strategy Manager on finance-related interactions.
Required Skills
• Understanding of natural gas industry standards, market trends, emerging issues and regulatory requirements.

Education & Experience
Required
• MBA or other advanced degree.
• 5-10 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate development, private equity, or a related field.
• Background in investment banking or similar transaction-focused environment.
• Exposure to joint ventures, partnerships, or project finance structures.
• Experience preparing executive-ready materials (e.g., board decks, investment memos).
Preferred
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, or project-based industries is a plus.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
Location
• This position is eligible for remote work with working hours aligned with time zones of the continental United States.
• Occasional travel may be required.
Working Conditions
• Primarily office-based with standard business hours; extended hours may be required depending on business needs. May occasionally be exposed to distracting noise while sharing office space with others.
