Campari America LLC is seeking an experienced and dynamic CCM Manager responsible for overseeing and driving the brand strategies and commercial operations for our distinguished portfolio of Vodka, Rum, and Scotch categories. This is a pivotal role within our Business Units group, offering the opportunity to lead critical growth initiatives for some of the most iconic spirits in the market.

As CCM Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive category and channel plans that align with the company's strategic objectives. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, finance, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution of brand plans and optimize performance across various markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust commercial strategies for Vodka, Rums, and Scotch categories to increase market share and profitability.
  • Lead detailed category management planning including pricing, assortment, promotional activities, and innovation initiatives tailored to consumer insights and market trends.
  • Establish strong partnerships with sales teams, providing them with the tools, insights, and support necessary to achieve sales targets and execute go-to-market plans effectively.
