THE JOB:

Step into the action as a Maintenance Engineer at ARIA, where innovation, sophistication, and cutting-edge design come together at one of the most technologically advanced resorts on the Las Vegas Strip. In this hands-on role, you'll help maintain and repair critical building systems, support daily operations, and ensure guest rooms and public spaces remain safe, comfortable, and operating at peak performance.

From ARIA's sleek architectural design to its expansive casino, dining, and entertainment venues, your work behind the scenes plays a vital role in delivering the seamless, elevated experience our guests expect from a world-class destination.

THE STARTING RATE: $39.14 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Maintain and repair all equipment involved in the operation of boilers, compressors, refrigeration systems, generators, and any machinery powered by steam, electricity, gas, air, diesel, water, or other energy sources related to mechanical operations
  • Inspect, maintain, and repair ride systems and supporting equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on ride systems and auxiliary equipment


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
  • Working knowledge of diagnostic tools, such as but not limited to, Amp Meters, Voltmeters, OHM Meters, Compound Gauges and Pressure Gauges
  • Ability to work from blueprints and schematics, and interpret manufactures guidelines for the operation and maintenance of related equipment
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
