Qualifications

• B.S. or higher in Electrical Engineering, Photonics, Physics, or Materials Science.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a modern semiconductor fab emphasizing quality.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor processes and device physics.
• Familiarity with semiconductor process technologies like epitaxy, etching, deposition, and photolithography.
• Proficient in statistical process control methods.
• Exceptional attention to quality and detail, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Effective communication and organizational skills for managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot performance and yield issues in wafer fabrication.
• Investigate root causes for production hold-ups and coordinate resolution efforts.
• Support failure analysis through various inspection and measurement techniques.
• Utilize Manufacturing Engineering System (MES) for data collection and analysis.
• Review SPC charts and respond to out-of-control events.
• Manage the movement of qualification and development lots through the production process.
• Drive improvements in yield reliability and process capability across functions.
