What You Will DoThis is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
- Provide comprehensive evaluation and management of patients.
Responsibilities
- Inpatient Care: Deliver acute care for cardiac patients in a hospital setting.
- Clinical Collaboration: Partner with CV Surgeons and APPs to coordinate patient management.
- Experience: Requires 3+ years of Cardiac or Cardiovascular expertise.
- Assessment & Diagnostics: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and interpret diagnostic studies.
- Treatment & Management: Manage health conditions via prescriptive authority or specialist referral.
- Patient Education: Counsel families on treatment plans and preventative health.
- Documentation: Maintain precise medical records per network and specialty standards.
What You Will NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Master's degree of Nursing require
