Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination
• Knowledge of captive insurance companies and the broader industry
• Familiarity with alternative risk financing methods and insurance coverage options
• Understanding of risk consulting methodologies and principles
• Strong commitment to client service and business ethics
• Ability to interpret financial statements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation capabilities
• Willingness to travel for business purposes

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of captive clients and ensure timely consultancy
• Prepare and present RFP and Client Prospect presentations
• Handle timely and accurate billing for management and consulting services
• Track premiums accurately for clients
• Communicate effectively with clients to maintain regulatory compliance
• Develop and deliver seminars on operational best practices
• Build relationships to secure proposal opportunities for risk consulting and captive formation
• Promote GCS programs through networking and attending industry events
