Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in securities, corporate finance, M&A, and corporate/commercial law.
• Exceptional judgment and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to client service.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines effectively.
• Experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents, prospectuses, and disclosures.
• Knowledge of TSX, TSX Venture Exchange, CSE requirements, and Canadian securities regulation.
• Interest in fostering client relationships and practice growth.
