Your Role
As a Senior Consultant, AI Product & Innovation, you will own defined workstreams end-to-end within AI and data-driven transformation engagements. You will shape the work, drive execution, and deliver high-quality client outcomes while collaborating closely with engagement leadership and cross-functional teams.
You will act as a trusted day-to-day partner to client counterparts, managing priorities independently, escalating risks appropriately, and ensuring clarity and momentum across your workstreams. You will lead discovery efforts, evaluate emerging AI capabilities, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
In addition to client delivery, you will contribute to internal knowledge development, reusable assets, and practice initiatives across Data, AI, and product innovation.
Key responsibilities include:
Owning AI-focused workstreams from discovery through delivery
Leading stakeholder interviews and synthesizing insights into structured findings
Evaluating AI platforms, tools, and frameworks against client objectives and maturity
Translating business challenges into AI opportunity areas and solution roadmaps
Developing executive-ready presentations and workshop materials
Leading or shaping AI readiness and capability assessments
Mapping business processes and data flows to identify AI intervention points
Contributing to proposals, benchmarks, and internal thought leadership
Your Skills + Experience
You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.
5-6 years of experience in consulting, product management, analytics, or a related field, with direct involvement in AI- or data-driven initiatives
Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver clear, executive-ready recommendations
Strong working knowledge of AI and data concepts, including LLMs, data pipelines, model evaluation, and semantic layers
Advanced capability in strategic storytelling, including developing insight-driven presentations for senior stakeholders
Strong proficiency in analytical modeling and data interpretation, using Excel and related tools to support business cases, scenario analysis, and prioritization
A structured, hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving and comfort working with emerging technologies
Beneficial experience:
AI product discovery, opportunity prioritization, and roadmap development
LLM platforms and agentic frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, LangGraph, CrewAI)
Analytics and semantic tooling (e.g., dbt, LookML)
Designing and leading client workshops
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $105,600 - $$199,480
