Full Job Description
Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join our Recruiting team. We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Campus Recruiter to build and scale HRT's campus talent strategy. In this role, you'll focus on building deep, long-term relationships with students and universities to ensure HRT consistently connects with the strongest emerging technical talent.

Responsibilities
  • Campus Strategy: Identify and continually evaluate target schools; develop and refine campus recruiting strategies to secure top technical talent; maintain familiarity with relevant university curricula and course offerings
  • University Relations: Identify and establish relationships with key campus stakeholders, including faculty, career centers, and student organizations
  • Recruiting Events: Own end-to-end planning and execution of on-campus recruiting events, from strategy and registration through day-of execution and follow-up
  • Sourcing & Engagement: Develop and execute a robust sourcing strategy to identify and engage high-potential students early in their academic careers through targeted talent mapping, personalized relationship-building, and ongoing keep-warm engagement campaigns
  • Marketing & Branding: Promote campus recruiting initiatives and identify opportunities to strengthen HRT's on-campus brand
  • Travel & Representation: Travel frequently to campuses to host info sessions, networking events, and targeted outreach initiatives, serving as an authentic point of contact for students

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting with strong exposure to hiring technical talent in tech and/or the quantitative finance industry
  • Experience planning and executing recruiting and networking events
  • Experience creating and executing sourcing strategies to identify students
  • Deep understanding of recruiting pipelines for highly selective, technical, or academic talent
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong relationships with universities, faculty, career centers, and student organizations.
  • Strong proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms, plus experience working with analytics/reporting tools
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical thinker with a process-oriented mindset and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

The estimated base salary range for this position is 140,000 to 180,000 USD per year (or local equivalent). The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

This role will also be eligible for discretionary performance-based bonuses and a competitive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and enrollment in our company's retirement savings plans. Employees will receive sick and parental leave, as well as other paid time off (including 20 vacation days and 10 paid holidays in the US). Please note that benefits and time off policies will vary across non-US locations.
