Key Responsibilities:- Implementation, configuration, and support of call recording, speech analytics, and workforce management solutions for the client.
- Hands-on engineering, vendor coordination, testing, performance support, and postproduction stabilization.
- Participate in performance testing and tuning activities to ensure application stability and scalability
NOTE: Role requires 60% onsite client work in Pennington NJ; Charlotte NC; or Addison, TX and client mandated time away, 5 days per quarter
Basic Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in Call Recording and Speech Analytics
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- Bachelor's degree
