  • Agency & Maker Leadership: Brief and direct social agencies and internal social creative makers from concept through delivery, providing clear, actionable feedback and managing scope, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Tentpole & Live Coverage: Lead real-time social coverage for priority events (e.g., launches, cultural moments, ctivations), including run-of-show and scenario planning.

  • Community & Social Care: Guide community management approach for Cadillac channels in partnership with agencies and Social Care teams (tone of voice, engagement priorities, escalation paths).

  • Compliance & Risk Management: Route and align content with Legal, Safety, Risk, and Brand (disclaimers, alcohol and driving standards, influencer disclosures, music and asset usage) and uphold platform and privacy policies.

  • Analytics & Optimization: Collaborate with Analytics and agencies on monthly/quarterly reporting, KPIs, and test-and-learn agendas; use insights to refine content, formats, and inform strategies.

  • Cross-Tier & Partner Integration: Coordinate with global and regional teams, dealers, and external partners to share social toolkits and assets, enabling distributed channels while protecting Cadillac's brand standards.

  • Media Partnership: Collaborate with media and performance teams on paid social asset needs, boosting plans, and creative needs ensuring organic and paid feel cohesive across the funnel.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all Cadillac social channels reflect the correct brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity while adapting intelligently to each platform's native behaviors.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7+ years in social media with significant ownership of brand channels, experience in automotive and/or luxury strongly preferred

  • Platform & Social Best Practices Expertise: Deep knowledge of major social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and current content and community behaviors with demonstrated ability to share social storytelling

  • Creative Passion: Strong understanding of brand language and tone of voice and articulation in social media space.

  • Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.

  • Adaptability: Self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Collaboration: Proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder programs from brief to delivery with comfort leading agencies, internal creative teams and cross-functional teams with clear priorities, timelines, and decisions
