Some Typical Duties & Responsibilities Include:
The successful applicant will lead and manage a team of technically skilled functional super users responsible for implementing electronic business systems, evaluating and applying new technologies, delivering data analysis and analytical reporting capabilities, and providing end user support, including help desk services. In addition to overseeing all phases of technology project planning and execution, the successful applicant will be responsible for developing and growing the team's skills and capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring the team delivers value and enhances operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
• Eight or more years of experience (YOE) as an individual contributor in one or more of the roles managed, OR Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field plus five or more years of experience (YOE) in one or more of the roles managed, OR Master's Degree in a relevant field plus three or more year of experience (YOE) in one or more of the roles managed
• Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Expertise in PeopleSoft, SAP, or Oracle ERP systems, with a strong emphasis on Supply Chain Management modules and functionality.
Proven track record of successfully leading technology projects and managing high-performing teams.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business requirements and lead teams in developing and implementing metrics, dashboards, and electronic business processes or solutions.

Discipline Description
Contracts & Supply Chain Management Systems and Data Analytics personnel analyze, maintain, improve, and design supply chain business information systems as a Design Authority. They maintain and troubleshoot data warehouses, and research and evaluate emerging technologies, including both hardware and software. They discuss users' needs, identify vulnerabilities, and consider ways to boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy. They author systems requirements documents and test plans, prepare cost benefits and analysis reports for technological upgrades, train the end-users and write instruction manuals for employee or customer use, prepare files and reports by performing Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL), data extraction, and data validation, and examine and identify data patterns and trends to inform business questions and decision making.
