The OpportunityAs our Business System Support Analyst, you'll become a trusted partner in enhancing the systems and processes that support a growing global business. This role offers the opportunity to combine technical problem-solving, business analysis and stakeholder engagement while contributing to projects that improve operational efficiency, user experience and business performance across multiple regions.

The Impact you'll have- Help shape the effectiveness of critical business systems used across a global organisation.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities that improve processes and business outcomes
- Influence user adoption and system optimization through effective support and training
- Contribute to business transformation initiatives that drive operational excellence
- Build strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams globally
- Develop expertise across enterprise applications while expanding your business analysis capability
What you need to succeed- 3+ years of NetSuite or similar ERP systems supporting enterprise business systems
- Strong business process analysis, process mapping and documentation skills
- Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- 3+ years' experience in technical support, business systems support or a similar role
- Experience gathering requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to improve business outcomes
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong communication and problem-solving capabilities
What you can expect from us- A base salary range of CAD $90,000 to 100,000 CAD DoE
