About This Opportunity

We are seeking a Business Systems, Reporting & Automation Analyst who is responsible for the end-to-end ownership, support, and continuous improvement of the Ajera system, including reporting, training, data quality, and Finance and Operations workflows. What You Will Be Doing
  • Serve as the system owner and primary super-user for Ajera, the company's ERP and accounting platform
  • Manage day-to-day system configuration, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and usability improvements (e.g., dashboards, widgets, custom inquiries) within approved structures
  • Ensure accurate project setup and ongoing data integrity to support billing, financial reporting, and analysis
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute standard and recurring reports and dashboards; document report logic, definitions, and assumptions to ensure consistent interpretation and use
  • Improve workflows through approved automation; provide user training and support; maintain system documentation and SharePoint resources; and partner with Finance, Operations, and IT via defined escalation paths
