Responsibilities

• Own the business systems intake process and prioritize stakeholder requests into a structured backlog.
• Lead agile delivery processes, including sprint planning and UAT, ensuring operational asks are translated into user stories.
• Collaborate with Business Systems Software Engineer to establish efficient infrastructure and DevOps practices.
• Ensure high data quality across systems through regular audits and implementing ongoing checks.
• Maintain context libraries to ensure engineering knowledge remains current and accurate.
• Work closely with the broader Business Systems team to manage requests and support data integrity diagnostics.
• Translate broad business requirements into precise specs for engineering execution without mid-build scope changes.
• Balance quick delivery of MVPs against the long-term technology roadmap.
