Position OverviewAs a Senior Systems Analyst within PNC's Fraud Engineering organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. Weekly time in the office is needed.

A Business Systems Analyst in Fraud Engineering acts as the critical bridge between fraud product and technology, ensuring requirements are clear, testable, and deliverable in a highly regulated environment.
Requirements & Analysis Skills
• Ability to analyze business processes, system behavior, and data flows to support fraud and technology outcomes, including identifying functional and non functional requirements.
• Strong skill in translating business needs into clear, testable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Creating and maintaining traceability between requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and defects.
Change & Quality Mindset
• Support for change management activities, including ensuring requirements drive adoption, sustainability, and measurable outcomes.
• Focus on quality and completeness, ensuring solutions align to approved scope, controls, and intended fraud outcomes.
• Contribution to lessons learned and continuous improvement across initiatives and teams.

Job Description- Participates in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications.
- Formulates and defines the system scope and objectives, based on user needs and business processes .
- Directs business process improvement projects for internal business groups, aiming to improve business results .
- Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes .
- Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues, for a specific business group .

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $63,750.00 - $106,250.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
