Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Business Systems Analyst-related occupation.
- Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Business Systems Analyst-related occupation.
- Position requires 3 years of experience in the following: Designing and implementing domain-specific systems (Construction, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, HR); Developing strategy and roadmaps for enterprise (project controls or supply chain) systems; Building integrated systems throughout the full Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile or Waterfall methodologies; Business process analysis for requirements engineering or technical solution design; and Data analysis of domain-critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to generate solutions and action plans.

Responsibilities- Take ownership of the project lifecycle from conception to launch, managing progress, mitigating risks, and updating all stakeholders.
- Partner with key business stakeholders and users to analyze complex problems and translate needs into high-level technical specifications.
- Design sustainable, scalable solutions and system enhancements that automate operations and deliver strategic impact to the business.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define, build, deploy, and support reliable systems, software products, and internal programs. Drive improvements to the discipline of business analysis and cross-team execution by identifying priorities and defining a strategic roadmap.
- Synthesize and document business strategy, defining feature designs that improve the reliability and efficiency of applications and systems.
