About the Team
The Payroll and Time Tracking Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting the successful implementation of Workday’s payroll solution internally at the company. The Payroll Business Systems Analyst will provide Workday product and implementation expertise to their business partners. The Payroll Business Systems Analyst will work with their internal customers to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the Workday solution. The Business Systems Analyst will provide day to day systems support to the business partners.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Support Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking product suite
Work closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals and gaps.
Drive the planning, prioritization, design, development and deployment of new projects & system enhancements.
Responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring the Workday Financials product and creating documentation as needed
Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Participate in the change management and go live support processes.
Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts and end-user representatives.
Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met. Work closely with project team during user acceptance testing (UAT); including tracking issues through to resolution and securing end user acceptance signoff.
Assist the integration team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and benefit providers, payroll systems and other 3rd party/custom solutions.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience in business consulting, IT implementation, or customer support implementing Workday.
5+ years of experience with the Workday enterprise platform.
5+ years of experience with US and Canadian Payroll along with International Payroll process and policies.
Other Qualifications:
Experience with multiple HCM, payroll and/or financial applications
Ability to identify process gaps and provide improvements.
Demonstrated interpersonal and presentation skills.
Experience working with agile / scrum methodologies.
Able to multi-task and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a high rate of change.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
