Overview:The Reporting Analytics and Data (RAD) team serves as a technical enablement partner for UnitedHealth Group's Enterprise Services organization. As an engineer on this team, you will have the opportunity to work with data across a broad range of corporate functions, including Real Estate, Mergers and Acquisitions, and other enterprise business areas. The team focuses on modernizing legacy processes, delivering automation efficiencies, and developing data-driven solutions that help leaders make informed decisions. In this role, you may also contribute to building business applications, designing workflows, and creating scalable solutions that improve how teams access, manage, and act on critical information.
Primary Responsibilities:- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements for reporting, application development, workflow automation, and RAD AI-driven solutions (not related to AI Finance Transformation initiative) utilizing Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and related Microsoft technologies
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models that provide actionable insights and support operational and strategic decision-making
- Build and support business applications using Power Apps and Dataverse, translating business requirements into scalable solutions that improve user experience, productivity, and process efficiency
- Develop and enhance workflow automations and RAD AI-powered business solutions (not related to AI Finance Transformation initiative), including Power Automate flows and Copilot Studio agents, to streamline operations, improve service delivery, and reduce manual effort
- Collaborate with business partners, developers, data engineers, and technology teams to perform testing, validate solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing support of business technology solutions

Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or related technology role supporting reporting, application development, process automation, or business technology initiatives
- Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and/or Copilot Studio
- 3+ years of experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience gathering business requirements, documenting functional specifications, and translating business needs into scalable technology solutions
- 3+ years of experience in SQL, data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and analytics platforms such as Snowflake, Azure, or other enterprise data environments
- 3+ years of excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
