Role Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in the Wealth Management domain to support Client's business and technology initiatives.
  • You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions and driving system enhancements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Wealth Management stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
  • Conduct impact analysis and feasibility assessments for proposed system changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product owners, and business leaders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive business and technical documentation.
  • Support system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend optimization solutions.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and status tracking activities.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and expectation setting throughout the project lifecycle.


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of professional experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the Wealth Management domain.
  • Strong knowledge of Wealth Management products, services, and business processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL (data querying and analysis).
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA (ticket creation, tracking, workflow management).
  • Hands-on experience with Confluence (documentation creation and collaboration).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work and manage multiple priorities.


Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 83,335 to 90,909

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
