Role Overview:- We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in the Wealth Management domain to support Client's business and technology initiatives.
- You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions and driving system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Wealth Management stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
- Conduct impact analysis and feasibility assessments for proposed system changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product owners, and business leaders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive business and technical documentation.
- Support system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend optimization solutions.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and status tracking activities.
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectation setting throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications: - 7+ years of professional experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the Wealth Management domain.
- Strong knowledge of Wealth Management products, services, and business processes.
- Proficiency in SQL (data querying and analysis).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Hands-on experience with JIRA (ticket creation, tracking, workflow management).
- Hands-on experience with Confluence (documentation creation and collaboration).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work and manage multiple priorities.
Desirable Qualifications: - Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of Wealth Management regulatory requirements and compliance.
- Experience with data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with banking systems and architecture.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 83,335 to 90,909
