Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 7+ years of experience as a BSA / Business Analyst in pharma commercial orpatient services.
• Strong hands-on experience in Patient Services, including:o Patient onboardingo Benefits investigationo Patient adherence programso Patient support services / HUB models
• Experience writing detailed functional requirements and Agile user stories.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with business, IT, and vendors.Roles & Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for Patient Services programs, including:o Patient onboarding and enrollment workflows o Benefits investigation and prior authorization processeso Copay and affordability programso Patient adherence and persistence initiatives o Ongoing patient support services • Translate patient strategy into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Map end-to-end patient journeys across HCP, patient, HUB, and internal teams.
• Work closely with Scrum Master and Technical Lead to support Agile delivery.
• Collaborate with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Privacy teams to ensure compliance (GDPR/HIPAA, consent, AE reporting).
• Support UAT planning, e xecution, and defect triage for patient services solutions. • Assist in defining KPIs and success metrics (enrollment conversion, adherence, time-to-therapy).Salary Range $150,000-$170,000 yearTCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
