Role Description:
Responsibilities
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements with business stakeholders and SMEs across LOBs
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and business rules
• Perform ASIS TOBE analysis, gap assessments, and support solution design decisions
• Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements through design, build, testing, and release
• Partner with Solution Architects, developers, QA, an d product owners to clarify scope and drive delivery
• Support UAT, defect triage, and business signoff
Required Skill Set:
• Key Skills Experience years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Insurance or BFSI environments
• Strong experience in requirements management, stakeholder workshops, and process modelling
• Experience working in Agile Hybrid delivery models within enterprise environments
• Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills
