  • Integrate Copilot solutions with Microsoft technologies like Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
  • Optimize generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI and LLMs.
  • Implement prompt engineering strategies for varied business use cases.
  • Develop and manage knowledge-based copilots and context management techniques.

Roles & Responsibilities

Core Skills
• Hands-on experience with:

o Microsoft Copilot Studio (mandatory)

o Generative AI / LLMs (Azure OpenAI preferred)
• Strong understanding of:

o Conversational AI and chatbots

o Prompt engineering

o RAG architecture

Copilot Studio Development
• Design and develop custom copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Build conversational AI flows, plugins, and integrations
• Configure:
• Topics, intents, entities
• Adaptive dialogues
• Integrate Copilot solutions with:
• Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)

Generative AI & LLMs
• Build and optimize Gen AI solutions using Azure OpenAI / LLMs
• Design prompt engineering strategies for business use cases
• Develop: • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
• Knowledge-based copilots
• Implement context management and grounding techniques

Generic Managerial Skills, If any
• Proactive and result-oriented leader, adept in mentoring and motivating the dynamic team to exemplary performance.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and team building skills with proficiency in grasping new technical concepts quickly.

Salary Range: $110,000- 125,000 a year
