Full Job Description
  • Great experience as a Business Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in requirements management on large and complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Capital Markets products and processes.
  • Proven experience in requirements planning, prioritization, and elicitation techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Visio.
  • Proficiency in querying and analyzing data using SQL.
  • Experience working with APIs, Python, and AI.
  • Experience with workflow and process automation tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of system integration concepts, including ETL processes and data pipelines.
  • Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.


Nice to Have:

  • Understanding of the Product Control function and its role within Capital Markets.
  • Hands-on experience with data sourcing and mappings for major Capital Market products.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Experience with machine learning or predictive analytics concepts.


The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 72,000 to 90,909

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
