- Great experience as a Business Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in requirements management on large and complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of Capital Markets products and processes.
- Proven experience in requirements planning, prioritization, and elicitation techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Visio.
- Proficiency in querying and analyzing data using SQL.
- Experience working with APIs, Python, and AI.
- Experience with workflow and process automation tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of system integration concepts, including ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Nice to Have: - Understanding of the Product Control function and its role within Capital Markets.
- Hands-on experience with data sourcing and mappings for major Capital Market products.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 72,000 to 90,909
