Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 2 days per week. subject to change at any time.

We are seeking a Business Project Manager to lead cross functional initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes. This role focuses on driving structured project execution, stakeholder alignment, and continuous process improvement. Experience in financial services, with recommended knowledge of Estates process across deposits, investments, lending, cards, etc.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Lead end to end delivery of business projects from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets are met.
. Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, define requirements, and develop practical solutions.
. Drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance customer experience.
. Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reporting.
. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and governance forums to ensure alignment and decision making.
. Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, proactively addressing risks and blockers.
. Support change management activities including communication, training, and adoption planning.
. Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices and frameworks.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000-$145,000. This role is an existing vacancy."
