Job Description - We are seeking a IT Strategy Analyst to support a leading client in driving enterprise-wide technology strategy and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of IT strategy, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills to help align technology capabilities with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of enterprise IT strategy and transformation initiatives. Analyze current IT landscapes, processes, and capabilities to identify improvement opportunities. Assist in the creation of strategic roadmaps aligned with organizational goals. Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and discussions to drive consensus and strategic alignment. Collaborate with business and technology teams to support the successful delivery of IT initiatives. Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership. Monitor initiative progress and provide insights to ensure effective execution and value realization. Qualifications Experience in IT Strategy, Business Analysis, or Technology Transformation roles. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to translate business needs into strategic technology recommendations. Experience with process mapping, documentation, and project support activities is preferred. Familiarity with IT frameworks and industry best practices is an advantage. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 90000- 120000 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
