Amentum is seeking a Business Process Specialist (Mid-Level) to support the Defense Intelligence Agency's Defense Intelligence Enterprise.
As a Business Process Specialist supporting DIA, you'll be the person who measures what's actually happening, finds where risk and waste live, and builds the case for making it better. This is a role for someone who likes evidence: you'll map intelligence-related business processes, build and monitor metrics, survey stakeholders, and use statistical analysis to turn 'we think this is slow' into 'here's exactly where and here's the fix. This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs, security clearance verification, and funding availability.
Work Schedule: (shift hours and days of the week)
5 days, 8 hours/day M-F
Essential Responsibilities:- Support process improvement by conducting analysis using internal program data and external benchmark data
- Develop, refine, and monitor metrics that identify and justify areas of risk and improvement
- Conduct statistical analysis to measure production, performance, and usage of intelligence services and products
- Perform business process mapping of intelligence-related activities and process improvement analysis
- Survey stakeholders and translate their feedback into measurable improvement opportunities
- Perform record keeping so visualization and production activities, requests, formatting, and dissemination, are captured in the relevant databases
Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):- Active TS/SCI clearance
- 8+ years of relevant business process or performance analysis experience, with recent experience within the last 2 years
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and process mapping techniques
- Strong attention to detail and comfort maintaining accurate records and databases
Security Clearance Required: Minimum Education: - Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum Years of Experience:- 8+ years of relevant business process or performance analysis experience, with recent experience within the last 2 years
Preferred Qualifications:AI if applicable to your program
- Prior DIA or IC experience
- Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification
- Experience with performance measurement of intelligence activities

The base salary range for this position is
$80k to $160k. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
