Overview

Business Process Optimization Specialist to support a federal client to improve their timeliness and quality of HR/human capital support across a large-scale organization. This position will lead the development and deployment of enterprise tools and large initiatives, develop data analytics and visualizations, and drive operational improvements across the organization.

  

Responsibilities

  

  • Lead the development and deployment of enterprise tools and large initiatives.
  • Drive the stakeholder team using scrum and agile methodologies to achieve successful on-time deployments that improve HR operations across the enterprise.
  • Develop data analytics and visualizations to drive process improvements.
  • Lead process mapping and process improvement for enterprise-wide HR/human capital processes, programs, or initiatives. 
  • Lead process mapping events to baseline, document and streamline or otherwise improve HR/human capital processes. 
  • Develop standard operating procedures for established and developed processes. 
  • Facilitate process improvement lean events, capture results, and develop solutions for improvement and execution plans for enterprise-wide processes, programs, and initiatives.
  • Support the execution of approved change management plans. 
Qualifications

  

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, Teams and data analytic tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc).
  • Clearance: Public Trust or the ability to obtain one.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings or efficiency gains.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams using scrum and agile techniques.
  • Strong understanding of business process optimization methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with process automation and digital transformation projects.
  • Applicable certifications are not required, only demonstrated ability.
Estimated Salary/WageUSD $135,000.00/Yr. Up to USD $165,000.00/Yr.
