ICAM Operations Accelerator The Opportunity: When an organization has multiple moving parts in its processes, it can be difficult to critically examine them. To be more efficient and effective, it needs a business process specialist to learn its mission end-to-end and provide ways to change for the better. That's why we need an experienced business process specialist like you who knows how to analyze every aspect of your customer's operations and give them the steps to improve their process. As an Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Operations Accelerator, you'll radically reimagine ways-of-working business systems to build a modern program team from the ground up. You'll build innovative business operations tools to save time and increase velocity, and automate deliverables. You'll build agentic teams and the systems they will use to interact with human counterparts, and integrate with business systems. What You'll Work On: • Think creatively about how new and emerging technology can be used to make a program operate with exceptional speed and quality. • Evaluate, test, and build AI-powered systems. • Build AI-enabled Jira agents, connected via MCP server. • Instrument built systems to enable telemetry, measurement, and continuous improvement. • Embed with user teams to understand how they work, and build tools that change them. • Partner closely with the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager to lead change within the team. • Build the infrastructure on which an agentic program office runs. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
