Qualifications

• Active Poly clearance required.
• 5-7 years of Operations and Maintenance experience with Server-Client information systems.
• Proficient in Linux and Windows server-client environments.
• Experience with global network integration and operations.
• Expertise in evolving customer Information Systems to meet new mission needs.
• Familiarity with cloud data center environments and cyber operations.
• Proven ability to manage and evolve organizational business flows.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network and system performance, providing troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Engage with technical teams to identify system shortfalls and propose solutions.
• Implement technical solutions and update system configurations accordingly.
• Support data triage and architect network/system solutions, integrating AI/ML as applicable.
• Provide cyber operations support through network engineering and system administration duties.
• Analyze business functions and maintain process flows for the Sponsor.
• Participate in business tool development cycles and advocate for development efforts.
