About the job Product and Business Strategy Leaders bring together teams across Google's functions to help products execute optimally. The Business Operations and Strategy team at Google plays a critical role in defining and driving strategic, operational and organizational improvements across the company. The team, also known as "BizOps", operates like an internal consulting group working on a range of critical projects and issues. Google's leadership team hand-picks thorny business challenges, and members of BizOps work in small teams to find solutions. These include defining and executing our strategy on company-wide priorities like transforming Google into the world's first AI-native enterprise, shaping the development of state-of-the-art AI technologies and products, and developing go-to-market or monetization strategies as Customer Zero of these products. BizOps is at the forefront of Google's fast-moving strategic priorities like AI Transformation, addressing operational challenges and enabling innovation. The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google's flagship products. We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google.
