DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Business Operations Analyst,locatedinRaynham, MA or in West Chester, PA or Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Warsaw, IN or Raritan, NJ.
The Business Operations Analyst supports the effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement of business operations across E26PS, Global Real Estate, Facilities Management, and Corporate Operations. This role partners closely withcrossfunctionalstakeholders to analyze operational data, improve processes, and support governance, reporting, and performance management activities. The position offers broad exposure across enterprise operations and the opportunity to drive measurable impact throughdatadriveninsights and operational excellence.
Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to supportdecisionmakingacross E26PS, Global Real Estate, Facilities, and Corporate Operations.
Assistin documenting, analyzing, and improving business processes to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and improve service delivery.
Support governance activities, including meeting preparation, action tracking, andfollowupon key operational initiatives.
Contribute to project planning and execution, including timeline tracking, issue escalation, and risk identification.
Bachelor27s degreerequired(Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Analytics, orrelatedfield).
2-4years of relevant work experience in business operations, analytics, consulting, ora relatedrolepreferred.
Experience supporting enterprise operations, facilities, real estate, or shared services organizations.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
79,000.00 - 142,000.00 USD Annual

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company27s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
