Key ResponsibilitiesM&A - Due Diligence and Integration planning & execution
- Review and analyze diligence materials, synthesizing large volumes of unstructured information into concise, structured summaries for senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Identify and document key insights, risks, and deviations from the firm’s standard offering, service models, and operating practices.
- Manage solution-specific diligence requests, prepare briefing materials and targeted questions, and capture decisions and follow-up items from diligence discussions.
- Translate diligence findings into integration-ready plans, including headcount and role mapping, client service alignment, and other solution-level operating model considerations.
- Develop and track integration roadmaps, project plans, milestones, and open items to support execution and accountability across supported solutions.
- Coordinate with Solution Leaders and cross-functional partners, including HR, Finance, Operations, and Technology, to support integration activities and provide clear updates to Client Solutions leadership.
Strategic Initiatives
- Support enterprise growth initiatives that contribute to the enhancement of Corient’s value proposition, helping to identify and develop new revenue opportunities
- Assist in developing strategic recommendations through data analysis and/or presentations, on issues including client experience, go-to-market strategy, operations, and digital transformation
- Translate the strategic and growth vision of the broad Client Solutions team into structured and actionable next steps in a workstream
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of strategic projects, growth initiatives, and client-centric solutions
- Manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Support the Client Solutions leadership in business operations, including budgeting, preparation for key meetings, and organizational development
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentation materials to support internal and client-facing needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve methodologies and frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, project management, M&A integration, due diligence, or related role.
- Experience in wealth management, investment advisory, trust services, or other professional services environments is strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with experience creating executive-level presentations and summaries.
- Strong execution and follow-through, with the ability to drive large, cross-functional initiatives to completion.
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- High EQ and the ability to lead with influence across multiple stakeholder groups.

This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of Florida or New York, depending on final position location. The pay range for this position is $160,500– $200,000 USD per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Corient seeks to make reasonable accommodations that enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties when possible.
This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
