Business Line Program Manager - Fabrication who will lead coordination and execution of business line programs across planning, procurement, process improvement, and delivery phases. They will support integration of internal teams and external partners to align program objectives with project and operational needs. They will manage program-level processes including sourcing, order tracking, manufacturing execution, and vendor coordination. They apply knowledge of construction-related products, manufacturing operations, and supply chain practices to support consistent program outcomes. Finally, they monitor program performance, identify risks, and support resolution of issues to maintain continuity of operations. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:
Duties and Responsibilities - Coordinate day-to-day activities associated with assigned business line programs, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external partners.
- Oversee procurement processes including developing quotes, issuing purchase orders, and reconciling invoices for standard and specialized materials or equipment.
- Track orders through all phases of the lifecycle and ensures timely delivery, accuracy, and completion of requirements.
- Collaborate with internal groups in product development to compliment the business product offers. Supports the launch of product to market.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to obtain pricing, confirm availability, and resolve discrepancies or performance issues.
- Maintain visibility into inventory levels, supply pipelines, and program forecasts to support planning and decision-making.
- Interface with logistics and transportation functions to coordinate movement, delivery, and distribution of materials or equipment.
- Support development and maintenance of program reporting, dashboards, and financial tracking related to pricing, margins, and cost performance.

Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, program management, procurement, or supply chain operations required.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, prefabrication, or related industry environments required.
- Experience working with construction-related materials, equipment, or product lines preferred.
- No certifications required.
Physical Requirements - Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Availability to travel as needed.
