Business Intelligence / Product Data Specialist 3 | Everett, Washington, United States Business Intelligence / Product Data Specialist 3 Location: Everett, WA | Shift: First (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) [About the Role] Join Indotronix as a Business Intelligence / Product Data Specialist 3 and play a pivotal role supporting product data management, certification, and business intelligence initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and actionable insights that power informed decision-making. [Responsibilities] - Define, document, and interpret product requirements related to certification, configuration, and data management. - Develop and implement processes to ensure products meet technical, regulatory, and company standards. - Track, report, and monitor data for adherence to configuration, regulatory, and contractual requirements. - Support audits and reviews to guarantee compliance and quality. - Assist in creating certification plans, process models, and integrated process architectures. - Maintain configuration control and support product structure definitions. - Collaborate with engineering and compliance teams to drive continuous improvement in data management and reporting. [Required Skills and Experience] - Minimum AA degree in a related discipline. - 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, product data management, or a similar role. - Proficient in SQL for database access and query development. - Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Query (M), and DAX formulas. - Proven ability to design dashboards and graphical user interfaces for business reporting. - Expertise in BI reporting, data analysis, and visualization. - Solid understanding of configuration management, regulatory compliance, and process documentation.
