Business Intelligence BI Business Analyst
Location Irvine CA Onsite 5 days a week
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather analyse and document business requirements
Translate business needs into actionable insights and datadriven recommendations
Facilitate discussions and drive decisionmaking with crossfunctional business teams
Support reporting analytics and dashboard initiatives
Required Skills
Strong Business Analyst experience in BI and data analytics environments
Good understanding of SQL and the ability to work with data for analysis and validation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders lead discussions and drive decisions
Experience working with reporting and analytics teams
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Proficiency in AI prompting techniques and the ability to leverage AI tools to improve analysis documentation and productivity
Preferred
Experience with BI platforms not in developer capacity
Experience working in a fastpaced enterprise environment
