Full Job Description
This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our New York, NY office (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week.

We're looking for a sharp, analytically rigorous BI Analyst to join our growing Business Intelligence team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the center of how we understand and grow our business. You'll play a key role in the foundation of our data visualization ecosystem, build performance dashboards that drive decisions, conduct complex analyses to inform revenue-driving workstreams, and translate data into stories that non-technical stakeholders can act on. The right candidate is deeply comfortable with complicated datasets and cross-functional communication.

What You'll Do:
  • Architect and write the semantic layer for our new data visualization platform as we migrate from our current tooling.
  • Build, iterate, and maintain dashboards and reports that give business stakeholders clear visibility into performance across the funnel.
  • Own weekly full-funnel performance reporting, surfacing trends, anomalies, and opportunities with clear business context.
  • Conduct ad hoc, multi-step analyses using advanced statistical methods, complex SQL queries, and Python scripts to answer granular business questions.
  • Understand and improve existing data pipelines in partnership with Data Engineers, understanding data flows end-to-end.
  • Present findings to business stakeholders, translating highly technical analysis into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proactively identify areas for measurement improvement, optimization opportunities, and testing.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate work, using your own judgment and expertise to critically evaluate and improve AI outputs

What We're Looking For:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a highly quantitative and analytical environment.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced and often changing environment, with an inclination to solve new problems and learn new skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field preferred.
  • Strong SQL and Excel
  • Python (Pandas, Nmpy, Statsmodels)
  • Experience in or exposure to BI/data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
  • Familiarity with data warehouse environments (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
  • Understanding of data pipelines and semantic layer concepts

Compensation:
