Job DescriptionIn this role, you will develop and support analytics and business intelligence solutions that help teams make informed decisions across the Americas Region. Reporting to the Analytics & Business Intelligence Associate Director, you will work across the analytics lifecycle, from translating business needs and preparing data through validating results, resolving issues, and supporting adoption.
Compensation: Based on qualifications we anticipate the hiring range will be
$80k-$100k.

Key Responsibilities:Build and Support Analytics Solutions- Develop, maintain, and improve scalable data models, dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
- Use SQL to extract, transform, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Support ETL/ELT pipelines and version-controlled analytics workflows using Git.
- Apply testing and data-quality practices to help ensure accurate, reliable, and maintainable outputs.
Translate Business Needs into Practical Solutions- Partner with business stakeholders to understand questions, define requirements, and translate needs into technical solutions.
- Contribute to KPI development, data visualization, technical specifications, documentation, and user training materials.
- Manage assigned priorities, timelines, dependencies, and risks while communicating progress clearly.
Analyze Issues and Improve Analytics Practices- Investigate data discrepancies and reporting issues, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Create clear documentation and share knowledge with colleagues and analytics partners.
- Stay current on relevant analytics tools and practices.
Must-Have Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in data science, engineering, information systems, analytics, or a related field.
- 2-3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, data engineering, or a related role.
- Strong hands-on SQL experience, including querying, transforming, and validating data.
- Experience working with ETL/ELT pipelines and modern data-processing concepts.
- Experience using Git and working within version-controlled analytics workflows.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with close attention to data quality and detail.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work, accept feedback, collaborate across teams, and reliably follow work through to completion.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to business partners.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, particularly BigQuery or Composer.
- Experience with dbt or similar SQL-based data transformation tools.
- Experience with business intelligence solutions, such as Power BI, including data modeling, visualization, or KPI development.
- Experience with Python or another programming language used for data and analytics work.
- Familiarity with cloud-based analytics architecture, data governance practices, or Azure Analysis Services.
