About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant in the National Branch Network, as part of Consumer Banking and Lending (CBL).
This role serves as a key operational partner supporting Alaska branch leadership across a geographically dispersed and unique market. The consultant will assess branch staffing needs, coordinate workforce coverage, manage complex travel and lodging logistics, and execute operational processes that ensure branches remain staffed and able to serve customers effectively. This position partners closely with district managers, branch leaders, staffing, recruiting, and external vendors to provide guidance, recommendations, and solutions that support business continuity and workforce planning.
In this role, you will:- Assess staffing needs and coordinate branch coverage across Alaska's remote and geographically dispersed locations.
- Serve as a trusted consultant to leaders by providing recommendations and guidance on workforce planning, coverage strategies, and staffing decisions.
- Partner with leaders and support functions to understand current, future, and seasonal staffing demands and proactively develop solutions.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including commercial flights, ferry transportation, lodging, and ground transportation to support branch staffing needs.
- Facilitate onboarding and deployment activities, including coordination of system access, keys, combinations, and other operational requirements for branch employees.
- Analyze staffing, scheduling, operational, and workforce data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize workforce scheduling tools, including CloudCords Scheduler, to support effective staffing coverage and resource allocation.
- Partner with third-party transportation, lodging, and other external vendors and resources supporting branch operations.
- Lead and support multiple initiatives, support strategic projects, and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.
- Support additional business execution projects and strategic initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications:- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
Desired Qualifications:- Knowledge and understanding of branch operations, branch roles, workforce planning, staffing models, customer traffic patterns, and scheduling practices, including experience utilizing CloudCords Scheduler.
- Experience coordinating staffing support and workforce coverage across geographically dispersed or remote locations, including complex travel logistics.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to assess data, identify trends, evaluate risks, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Experience consulting with leaders and influencing staffing, workforce, and operational decisions through established processes, best practices, and business insights.
- Project management experience leading multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and workstreams simultaneously while driving successful execution.
- Experience identifying process improvement opportunities, implementing operational efficiencies, and managing relationships with external vendors and third-party service providers.
- Knowledge of banking industry regulations, risk management practices, compliance requirements, and operational controls.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage leaders and stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Copilot.

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$92,000.00 - $145,000.00
