The OpportunityAs a Business Development Representative, you will be a core driver of top-of-funnel growth, generating and qualifying pipeline that fuels the broader sales organization. You will work closely with the BDR manager and sales leadership in a high-energy, in-person environment where your effort and creativity translate directly into impact.
This is a role for someone scrappy and ambitious who wants to learn the craft of modern sales from the ground up, build real relationships with prospects, and earn a path toward larger responsibilities as the team grows.
Responsibilities- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting across email, phone, and social channels
- Research target accounts and craft creative, personalized outreach that resonates with prospects
- Book qualified meetings for the sales team and help build a strong, consistent pipeline
- Partner closely with sales leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and process
- Track activity and learnings to continuously improve outreach effectiveness
