Title: Business Development Representative Manager
About this Job

As a BDR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving pipeline growth by leading, developing, and scaling a team of Business Development Representatives.

We're seeking a hands-on leader who can build and run a high-performing outbound engine. You'll own team performance, coach reps on process and skill development, and hold the team accountable through both highs and lows. In addition to managing, you'll help recruit and onboard new talent while building the playbooks that enable the team to scale effectively. Objectives of this Role
  • Build and run a high-performing BDR pod that consistently hits meeting and pipeline targets
  • Coach reps on process and skill development to grow AE-ready talent
  • Reduce ramp time through structured onboarding and hands-on coaching
  • Develop scalable systems and playbooks to support team growth
  • Provide clear, data-driven visibility into performance and pipeline health

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
